Meet Dr. Babak Azizzadeh

Dr. Babak Azizzadeh is a globally recognized, double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon whose expertise bridges facial nerve preservation, parotidectomy reconstruction, facial reanimation, deep plane facelifts, and complex revision surgery. He is uniquely positioned as a surgeon who restores both the form and function of the face—harmonizing aesthetic balance with nerve integrity and natural expression.

As the Clinical Chief of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Director of the Facial Paralysis Institute in Beverly Hills, Dr. Azizzadeh has become a trusted authority for patients seeking world-class outcomes for both reconstructive and aesthetic facial concerns.

In partnership with Dr. Babak Larian, one of the world’s leading parotid surgeons, Dr. Azizzadeh specializes in restoring facial symmetry and natural contour following parotidectomy. Many patients choose to undergo simultaneous deep plane facelift surgery or symmetrical facial repositioning to optimize symmetry and rejuvenation after tumor removal. His unparalleled command of facial nerve anatomy ensures these procedures are performed safely while achieving beautifully natural results.

Across all his specialties—parotid reconstruction, facelift surgery, and facial reanimation—Dr. Azizzadeh maintains one consistent philosophy: every face deserves harmony, motion, and confidence.
